Community reviews
- Quiet residential setting, very generous breakfast, helpful staff. Walls between rooms are thin — could hear our neighbours' TV both nights.
- Worked from the room for a week. Wi-fi held up over four video calls a day. Breakfast is the highlight.
- Booked for the rooftop, which was closed for a private event both nights. Disappointing — but the room itself was comfortable.

Why this archetype (EXPLORATION.md §3.D): durable, mission-flavoured, defensible. Risks: massive cold-start, moderation burden, weak commercial moat.
